Gage Fevold has won Arena Championship 13 with Orzhov Lifegain, according to the updated official Magic.gg event page. The championship result gives the black-white lifegain deck a major new competitive achievement beyond its presence in the pre-event metagame.
Fevold's published Standard list runs four Amalia Benavides Aguirre, four Hinterland Sanctifier and four Case of the Uneaten Feast. Four copies each of Haliya, Guided by Light and Moseo, Veins' New Dean join that core, while three Lunar Convocation and three Starscape Cleric provide additional payoffs. The result therefore comes with a concrete decklist players can examine, rather than an archetype label alone.
Haliya illustrates the deck's overlapping incentives: creatures and artifacts entering generate life, and gaining at least three life during a turn unlocks an end-step card draw. Fevold also registered a fourth Lunar Convocation in the sideboard, alongside disruption including Duress, Ghost Vacuum and Space-Time Anomaly. Those choices are useful starting points for comparing builds and preparing for the deck.
The result establishes that this particular list won the championship. It does not, on its own, establish Orzhov Lifegain's field-wide win rate or prove sustained dominance. The live event announcement supplies the winner confirmation; the earlier official decklist supplies the card choices.
