New Avacyn recycles Coretapper into an infinite-turns engine

Avacyn, Angel of Horror returns creatures that died during the turn at the next end step, including herself. With Coretapper and Magistrate's Scepter, Coretapper can tap and sacrifice to place three charge counters on the Scepter; the Scepter takes an extra turn, and Avacyn returns Coretapper in the end step to repeat the sequence. Outside the combo, the same recursion turns sacrifice outlets, Gray Merchant and resource-denial creatures into repeatable value engines. The eight-mana commander still demands substantial ramp and is vulnerable before the loop is assembled.
