Reality Fracture arrives on MTG Arena on September 29 with a 40-level Set Mastery and Mastery Pass. The headline change is that, for the first time on Arena, players can earn up to five Mastery Orbs through Reality Fracture achievements rather than relying only on the normal level track.

The free Set Mastery awards 18 Reality Fracture packs and five Mastery Orbs. The paid pass adds 20 packs, ten mythic rare individual-card rewards, 4,000 gold, 1,200 gems, one Player Draft token, 30 more Orbs, card styles, sleeves, a Jace avatar and three Magehunter companions. Progress continues beyond level 40 with recurring uncommon card rewards for pass holders.

Orbs are spent in the Reality Fracture Mastery Emporium on styles, sleeves, avatars or repeatable uncommon-card rewards. The achievement route matters because it connects set-specific gameplay objectives directly to cosmetic and collection progression, creating an additional way to complete the Emporium.

For Arena players deciding whether to buy the pass, the official breakdown now provides the complete reward inventory before the set’s digital release. The achievement integration is the genuinely new element; the rest remains a conventional set Mastery structure.
