Wizards of the Coast has officially unveiled one of the most anticipated crossovers in Magic: The Gathering history: Secret Lair x Marvel’s Spider-Man: Superdrop. Launching on September 22, 2025, this special release brings the world of Marvel’s iconic web-slinger and his allies into the Secret Lair series with a wide range of fan-favorite cards reimagined in bold comic-book style.

The Superdrop is divided into several themed sets, each highlighting a different corner of Spider-Man’s universe. Daily Bugle Breaking News captures the dramatic flair of newspaper headlines with cards like Fact or Fiction and Scheming Symmetry, while Heroic Deeds reimagines staple cards such as Sol Ring, Lightning Greaves, and Command Tower in a heroic comic style. For players who prefer the darker side of Marvel, Villainous Plots showcases Spider-Man’s rogues gallery, and Venom Unleashed is offered in both full-color and striking black-and-white “Inks” treatments. Rounding out the collection, Mana Symbiote offers a premium selection with a unique visual twist.

Like other Secret Lair products, these cards are fully tournament-legal and will be available exclusively through the Secret Lair website for a limited time. Pricing starts at $29.99 for non-foil and $39.99 for rainbow-foil versions, with the larger Mana Symbiote drop priced higher.
