Amonkhet ยท White

Basri Ket

Paladin of solidarity and a home still being rebuilt

Basri carries Oketra's ideals through a world that survived her death. His protective magic joins personal faith to shared survival, though hope does not make every proposed restoration wise.

Profile

Why Basri Ket matters

Basri trained for Oketra's Trial of Solidarity, led his crop through it and claimed her arrow. Joy at that achievement ignited his spark. His first departure was not an escape from a faith he rejected.

When he returned, Amonkhet was devastated and Oketra dead. He chose to keep practising solidarity rather than abandon the people who needed it. His sand-like protective magic strengthens companions instead of making the group's success a solitary feat.

After losing his spark, Basri sought Temmet's restoration as a hope for Naktamun. Rival loyalties divided the expedition, and Ketramose answered his prayer. Oketra did not return: her son restored Temmet and offered a different future.

Basri and Zahur also represented Amonkhet in the Grand Prix. Their team received the Aetherspark after prioritising civilian rescue and dedicated the prize to their plane. Collective renewal, not one traveller's escape, remained the purpose.
