Amonkhet presents two worlds at once. Inside its protected river valley, food, order and divine guidance make civilisation seem blessed. Beyond that shelter lies a furnace of sand and wandering cursed dead. The contrast taught generations of initiates to see safety as proof that their God-Pharaoh's path was true.

Five gods trained the living in solidarity, knowledge, strength, ambition and zeal. Passing their trials meant earning an honoured death, not escaping one. Nicol Bolas had reshaped that devotion into a production line for Eternals, and his return tore the promise apart.
