WHO BENEFITS FROM THE VIOLENCE
Phyrexia: Ambition and Obedience
Follow competing forms of Phyrexian power, where hired killing, coerced service and a rebellion's new general expose the price paid by other lives.
Why this story matters
The route in brief
The Dross Pits are not a united kingdom. Rival thanes maintain strongholds and fight one another, while Sheoldred holds the sphere she took from Roxith. Each faction still seeks its own vision of perfection.
Assassins sell more than deaths. Their work makes patrons vulnerable to the people they hire, while Vraan turns those dependencies toward his own ambitions.
Each numbered Key Moment opens the chapter that describes its action. Read that context alongside the profile rather than treating a shared setting as a shared expedition. A reported alliance, an ambition and a completed act are different kinds of evidence; an unrecorded later fate remains open.
