These were real victories: captive kami were no longer experimental stock, Eiganjo did not fall and the truth of the emperor’s identity could no longer be controlled by rumour.
Her spark nevertheless pulled the Wanderer away again. Light-Paws became regent, recognising that Kamigawa needed a government able to remain between emergencies. Kaito promised to resume the search, now understanding that bringing the emperor home could not mean forcing her to occupy the same role as the child who vanished.
Tezzeret carried Jin-Gitaxias and Tamiyo through the Planar Bridge. On New Phyrexia, Tamiyo awakened compleated with her spark intact—the first success of Jin’s programme. Kamigawa had stopped an incursion without preventing its knowledge from leaving. The story closes where the larger invasion begins: Phyrexia can now turn planeswalkers into agents capable of carrying family, memory and betrayal across worlds.
