Neyali
Leadership without surrender
Neyali leads through loyalty to particular lives, risking herself for companions even when friendship cannot make another person's choice for them.
Profile
Why Neyali matters
Once a messenger-bird trainer, she raises Otharri from an egg carried out of her ruined village. They join Slagmaw, where hexgold gloves strengthen her fighting bond with firebirds.
Reyana's disappearance leads her into Slobad's trap. Neyali trades herself for three companions. Otharri frees her; she escapes, but Reyana refuses her hand.
