Nahiri woke inside the fallen Emeria Skyclave and pulled the remaining Phyrexian material from her body. She then turned the same work outward, separating metal from stone piece by piece in corridors where the invasion had fused them together. The labour offered a scale small enough to control.
Her spark no longer rested inside her. She eventually found its power wrapped in a delicate hedron structure within the Skyclave, close enough to recognise and separate enough to make her body feel hollow. Restoration became the answer she could pursue before deciding what survival or accountability required.
When Nahiri climbed into daylight, the damage across Zendikar exceeded anything she could repair alone. Phyrexia had used her knowledge of lithomancy and the plane’s structures to deepen the invasion. She rejected the idea that coercion made those memories meaningless, but guilt did not lead her automatically toward trust.
