Vraska gives Jace the swift death they agreed upon. While his friends grieve, a blue light rises from his chest and seeks Tam. The spark was always a fail-safe: Jace made her capable of inheriting it if his body failed. With it come the selves he reintegrated, not as commands that erase her, but as capacities she can recognise and use.
Tam finally asks Emrakul for help. The titan leaves Innistrad's moon, distinguishes the Echoverse from the original and devours the collapsing copy plane by plane. Hexhaven's people and towers vanish while the displaced Strixhaven students escape through mage-rings. Liliana rescues Vraska and Jace's body before the last false world is consumed.
The inheritance makes Tam complete without making her finished. She planeswalks home, helps return the remaining students and later finds Vraska on Vryn after Jace's funeral. Their meeting cannot restore the man either mourns. It offers a continuation instead: a new person carrying his curiosity, failures and hope, ready to improve what she can without claiming the right to replace everything else.
